Bottled straight from the barrel and without chill filtering, the nose, taste and finish from twelve years of agin are preserved in their purest form. At Barrel Proof, water can be added and proof reduced to your liking. Enjoy this limited bottling of Elijah Craig.

Big on oak and nuts on the nose, followed by a lovely sweetness of toffee and vanilla. A bit of water opens it up beautifully

Strong, but smooth. The dry, woody finish is perfect. One of my top barrel-proof bourbons for complexity and flavor.

This batch hits hard but rewards with bold flavors of toasted oak and brown sugar. Slight dryness at the end rounds it off.
