Big on oak and nuts on the nose, followed by a lovely sweetness of toffee and vanilla. A bit of water opens it up beautifully

Strong, but smooth. The dry, woody finish is perfect. One of my top barrel-proof bourbons for complexity and flavor.

This batch hits hard but rewards with bold flavors of toasted oak and brown sugar. Slight dryness at the end rounds it off.
