William Aguila –
Big on oak and nuts on the nose, followed by a lovely sweetness of toffee and vanilla. A bit of water opens it up beautifully
Crystal Licht –
Strong, but smooth. The dry, woody finish is perfect. One of my top barrel-proof bourbons for complexity and flavor.
Mars Alberto –
This batch hits hard but rewards with bold flavors of toasted oak and brown sugar. Slight dryness at the end rounds it off.
George Woodard –
Thick mouthfeel with burnt sugar and oak. A long, dry finish with traces of toffee and leather.
Jared Fenlason –
The sweetness of caramel and vanilla balanced with spicy undertones of pepper and cinnamon. A bit fiery but fantastic overall.
Nick Zapatero –
Deep flavors of caramel and nuts with a strong oak presence. A splash of water brings out the more subtle flavors.
Arlene Dimitian –
Love the burnt brown sugar and oak on this one. A fantastic finish with long-lasting spice and wood.
