Pappy 20 Year is a rare gem. The nose is incredibly rich, with butterscotch, dark cherries, and sherry. The palate doesn’t disappoint either—cherries soaked in sherry with leather and spices. The finish is long and refreshing. This is one of the most balanced and refined bourbons I’ve ever tasted.
