One of the most hotly anticipated releases of 2021, Parker’s Heritage Collection 15th Edition is a 122-proof Heavy Char aged whiskey, aged for 11 years and with a dominant ‘wheat’ mash bill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley. This is only the 2nd time this mash bill has been used – making the 15th Edition an extremely rare and remarkably sought-after bottling renowned for its viscous mouthfeel and smooth ‘wheated’ cereal notes.
