Hirsch Selection 25 Year Small Batch Reserve was originally distilled at the 1989-decommissioned Michter Distillery in Shaefferstown Pennsylvania. Crafted expressly for connoisseurs and collectors of refined small-batch bourbons, the nose is boughs of classic bourbon and vanilla with drizzles of caramel. These compliment a palate of roasted pecans, baked apples, and clouds of smoke.
