This bottling harkens back to the time before Heaven Hill Distillery’s cataclysmic warehouse fire in 1996. Drawing on a batch of 41 barrels that yielded fewer than 3,000 bottles, this barrel strength release clocks in at 94.7 proof. Oak dominates the palate with complimentary notes of vanilla and baking spices.
