Judy Li –
A wonderful bourbon that really shines with some time to breathe. The strong alcohol flavor is tamed by the sweetness of brown sugar and vanilla. Not an everyday pour, but a great special occasion drink.
Amanda Endersby –
Exceptional. You can tell the craftsmanship here is top-tier. The depth of flavor is unmatched, and it has just the right amount of spice without being too harsh. This will be a bottle I keep coming back to.
Jannie Wang –
One of the finest bourbons I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The 2009 Mariage is deep, rich, and incredibly complex. It has everything—caramel, spice, fruit, and oak. The barrel strength gives it a wonderful warmth that I love.
Chase Tushaus –
A very solid offering. The barrel strength really adds a layer of power and complexity. The oak and vanilla are present in spades, and the finish is long and smooth. Great for anyone who likes a strong but refined bourbon.
Bryan Bryant –
Impressive from start to finish. The 2009 Mariage has layers of rich caramel, deep vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon spice. It’s a bit higher proof, but that’s part of the appeal. It packs a punch without losing balance.
Biraj Pandey –
This is everything you want in a barrel-strength bourbon. Bold and spicy with an underlying sweetness that balances it out. It’s powerful but smooth, with a finish that goes on and on. Perfect for sipping slowly.
Hamsley Gonzalez –
The Mariage 2008 has excellent complexity. The strength is high, but it’s not overwhelming. Flavors of spice, caramel, and a touch of chocolate come through. A very solid bourbon, though I prefer the slightly lower-proof versions.
