Hibiki 21 Year Old Blended Whiskey
Hibiki 21 is comprised of single malts from the Hakushu and Yamazaki distilleries that are aged in a trio of American (ex-bourbon), European (ex-Sherry) and Japanese (Mizunara) oak barrels. Each component malt is aged for at least twenty one years before blending to create this complex and lovely whisky.
