Eagle Rare 17 Year Old 2006 Release | 90 Proof
Lennie Sliwinski –
It’s very enjoyable but not as special as other BTAC releases. For the price, I’d rather get two bottles of the Eagle Rare 10. The woodier notes are good but don’t justify the cost.
David French –
A fantastic bourbon with a rich oak profile and hints of dark fruit. The 17 years in the barrel add complexity, but it lacks some of the depth I hoped for.
Vahid Farzaneh –
Creamy with hints of caramel and vanilla, but it doesn’t have the wow factor I expected. Still, it’s a solid, well-rounded bourbon for special occasions.
Drew Johnson –
The oaky taste really stands out, along with subtle cherry and crème brûlée notes. A bit on the dry side, but the finish is smooth and lingering.
Nicholas Norwood –
Elegant nose with caramel and dark fruit, but the taste felt a bit too woody for my liking. It’s an experience, but for the price, there are better options.
Doug Merritt –
Lovely bourbon with rich wood, crème brûlée, and dark fruits, but the finish is a bit too dry. It’s good, but not worth the secondary market price.
David Sellers –
A bold bourbon with vanilla, dark fruit, and oak. It doesn’t reach the heights of some other BTAC offering
s, but it’s still a great bottle if you can find it.
Jason Estavillo –
A delicious bourbon with a strong oak presence, but I expected more fruit and spice. For me, it’s good, but not exceptional given the hype.Jason Estavillo
