Angels Envy Cask Strength Port Finished Bourbon Whiskey release from 2015 is another hit. Less sweet than its previous releases, but just as delicious. The aroma is a intoxicating blend of honey coated apples and peaches, pops of fresh apricots, ripe banana, black tea and charred oak. There is some sweetness that reminds us of honeyed apples and caramelized fruits, toffee candies, vanilla and fresh oak shavings.
