Garrison Brothers 2011 Single Barrel Bourbon
The Garrison Brothers distillery was established in Hye, Texas in 2006 by Dan Garrison. Garrison Brothers was the first distillery outside Kentucky or Tennessee to be granted a permit to distil bourbon, and is the oldest legal bourbon distillery in Texas.This is a single barrel Texas straight bourbon and it was distilled in 2011 using #1 Panhandle White corn from the harvest of the year prior, grown on farms in Dallam County. It was aged three years.
